从美国或者欧洲发出的订单
- Taconic基因编辑品系、人源化免疫系统小鼠和饮食诱导模型 – 须在发货前4周取消
- 其他活体模型 – 须在发货前2周取消
- 老龄鼠 – 须在12周龄前取消
- 定制订单 （怀孕雌性鼠、定制生产）- 须在订单开始执行前2天前取消
- 冻存模型 – 订单确认后无法取消

小鼠直接在出生时的屏障单元内或者层流净化操作台内进行包装后，再放置于无菌运输笼具内，辅以适量的食物和水凝胶。
从美国和欧洲发出的小鼠均采用具有知识产权的Taconic运输笼具（Taconic Transit CagesTM）包装和运输。
Taconic运输笼具（Taconic Transit CagesTM）的标签上包含与本次运输相关的重要信息，如下图示例。请注意，定制繁育小鼠运输笼具上的标签内容可能稍有不同，补充有装箱单信息。

出于动物福利保护政策考虑，如果遇到偶尔发生的极端天气情况，Taconic会调整小鼠和大鼠的运输，Taconic会联系并通知客户因为天气原因导致的航班禁运，并协商新的发货时间。
